There are so many supplements out there that speed you up and make you jittery but do nothing to actually wake up your brain. I can be so energized from them but still have terrible brain fog. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm thinking that the brain fog probably won't go away until I've gotten the depression under control but I'm hoping that someone can tell me about a supplement that can prove me wrong.
