Thanks Ray, you've been posting some good ones.
My problem is I'm not quite up to understanding this...half understand it now though.I know I have trouble converting carotene form VitD(skin goes an orangy color, at least before thyroid meds)..so I try to get VitD thru sunlight..which is usually pretty easy where I live..and if not in cod liver oil.
So now the question is is sunlight this form "1,25(OH)(2)D(3)" ? I knew to always take VitD3 form..
And what about cod liver ol?
Any ideas?
