I have -- and have had -- some great ones of those, and I didn't ever subject them to a questionnaire. I suppose that having screwed up so often I'm now looking for a way to keep certain kinds of people from even getting on the shortlist. Trouble is, for me, if I'm too passive I tend to get *chosen* rather than do much choosing. It's a problem with my level of assertiveness and I need to get more of a balance. When I say "a problem", it's one of many problems I have and just surviving and getting out of my depression has taken all my energies recently. Perhaps now I'm starting to get well I can devote more time to working on those issues now.
