Alright, I did a little better this week. Took many more steps towards ATTEMPTING to start reaching my goals! Began organizing art area.... Wrote down the appointments I needed to make.... Talked to neighbor about daily walks.... Wait, I DID reduce my caloric intake this week, so I guess that counts!
Here we go this week........
