Okay, time for me to revise my goals as well.
I'm not doing so well on the eating thing. Right now I have what I call "hollow leg" syndrome. I can't seem to eat enough to satisfy hunger. Some of this is the Nardil, some of it is time of the month, and some of it is stress, I'm sure. I did not get rid of all the "bad" food. I'm not doing well with reaching for healthier alternatives.
Exercise: right now it seems like I either want that extra hour of sleep or that extra hour of working on school or other stuff to be able to fit in exercise. I need to keep reminding myself that I need to put my own oxygen mask on first before helping others. Exercise, dang it!
Meditation, on the other hand, is going well. I've switched from breath counting to using a mantra, which is working better.
Dissertation: well, I am doing some work on it. That's better than before, but I am not looking at it everyday. I plan to schedule in time to do it, just like I schedule meetings, classes, etc. Hopefully, that will help me focus among all the things pulling at my time.
