I try to remember to meditate nightly, but of course I don't always get to do it. I usually lay in bed burn some candles and put my headset on and listen to something relaxing. I have even started to make my own beeswax candles, since they are supposed to be less toxic and burn cleaner than the other type of candles. I have found that just making my own candles is fun and relaxing.
I want to try a yoga class, but I haven't worked up the courage to go. I don't know why I am reluctant to go, but I am anxious about going and doing something I don't know anything about. I bought a yoga video, and I had a hard time doing the stretches. I guess I will just have to bite the bullet and try it out. Maybe that will be on my to-do-list this month. Go and try a yoga class. Maybe if I get my daughter to go with me, I won't be so nervous about it.
