Well, I have decided not to join a salsa class. And I haven't even opened my new book. Hmm......., lets see, what have I done. Well, I am taking baby steps to get to my goals instead of giant leaps, which is a postive step for me. I am riding my exercise bike 12 minutes 2 times a day, and lifting small weights here at home every other day. I've yet to make it to the gym, but I am working up to it.
I have also put a magic eraser board on my bedroom door, where I write down my to do list everynight and read it in the morning.
Most important for me, is when I am not working, I get up make my bed and make myself get dressed, even if I don't have any plans. Which seems to make me far more productive.
If you haven't checked out flylady.net yet, you should. I saw this url on another post and it had some great tips.
