I love the idea of posting goals and positive steps towards achieving them. So, just getting into this, here are mine:1)Get back into meditating everyday. (I've let this one go, and I can definitely tell the difference.)
2) Get moving at least 10 minutes everyday. (Hopefully more, as I really feel better when I do yoga nearly everyday.)
3) Work on my dissertation at least 15 minutes per day.
4) Eat half of what I think I want, stop, and then re-evaluate if I want/need to eat more. With this, figure out what I am feeling if I feel the need to eat, eat, eat.So, in some cases, I am setting the bar low. But I am feeling more depressed for the last three weeks, and I don't know why. I don't want to set myself up for failure, so I guess I'll start slow.
I'll post again next Sunday about how I am doing. Positive's only.
I hope others do, too. I think having others aware of our goals may help with accountability, at least for me. Looking forward to giving and receiving support!
