Okay, I have decided to write down my goals and try and keep positive about it instead of trying to figure out why I sabotage myself.
1. Finish reading the book I got for christmas.
2. Meditate everyday.
3. Get out with friends or at least visit friends every month.
4. Join a salsa dance class.
5. Go to the gym at least 3 days a week.
6. Eat less carbs and sweats. Better food choices. As the old buddist proverb goes, "when you eat, just eat."So far that is it. Now what is everyone elses positive goals. And how about we make a pact that we right down the positive steps we have made to get to these goals everyday, nothing negative. And then summarize them every Sunday and let everyone know how we are doing, and to give and get encouragement. I am going to do it, and I hope others join me in my journey,
