I have been following the discussion..

I have been thinking about this thread a lot.
Have been having the recurring thoughts pretty bad over the last few days.

It is strange that...
Sometimes the strategies just seem to work...
And other times they don't seem to work so well...
I wonder if it is that I do something different
Or whether (as is most often the case) things are fairly easy when one is in a good space but that things turn to custard when one is not.

But that is the problem...
(Things turning to custard - I mean)
Sigh.
