I would recommend watching seminars on self-actusalisation also - it is very useful to get a feel for how these guys think and behave. When it rubs off, its powerful stuff.-- This is interesting to know. I'm learning that REBT isn't enough for me, I have a lot of problems with obsessional thinking and derealization that I've had little success with. Of late I've been getting into ACT which is very, very interesting.
