-- Sort of =0] It's two people actually, Albert Ellis (who founded REBT) and Windy Dryden (REBT exponent in UK). Yes, I've read a couple of Windy's books and they're pretty good. He was also pretty awesome in therapy.

-- This is interesting to know. I'm learning that REBT isn't enough for me, I have a lot of problems with obsessional thinking and derealization that I've had little success with. Of late I've been getting into ACT which is very, very interesting.
