I just reread what I wrote and was afraid it might have sounded harsher than I intended, or even judgmental, which I certainly did not intend. One thing (one of my own issues) that sets me off is when I see a clinician who is IMO treating a patient or client badly, disrepectfully etc. It makes me angry. That is what the tone is about, not you. I am sorry that you have had to deal with these pdocs, and hope that you can find a good one who you can work with in partnership and productively.

And I see that he has not yet prescribed something for you that doesn't work, that was your first pdoc. But it sounds like if he did, you wouldn't get much of a response. I don't like how he quibbled about your "anxiety" which he rejected in favor of his own word "tension." I think this is very disrespectful and dismissive.
