I know meditation is hard because of the need to focus intensely which is not possible.
I don't really do mediation.
I do chanting. Which is equally effective. I just need to repeat some phrase (a mantra) again and again for half hour, and I don't have to concentrate or sit in one place. But it is as effective as meditation is, actually even more.
And it is so easy to do - I can do it during driving/cooking/watching tv etc.
If anyone is interested in trying out what I do, please babblemail me. More than willing to share.
And anyway, got nothing to lose in trying.
