hi Orchid,
I've always thought it sounded really cool, but I guess I just don't know how to do it. I don't know where to learn. It feels like I'm not mystical, centered or mature enough to do it...maybe that's not the case, but I've always been reluctant to try. but maybe I will! Anything that works sounds worth a shot.

is it hard to learn it? How long does it take to get "good" at it?
