That’s a very good question! I’ve read that meditation can be very helpful.

I guess in my case, I find it very difficult to sit still. And my concentration is quite poor. I seem to use up all my ability to concentrate when I’m working, and there’s not much left for anything else.

Oh, and also having three kids means it’s difficult to find the time. By the time the kids are in bed I’m exhausted.

But I might be tempted to try meditation…I’ve been thinking recently that it might help on the days when I feel completely overwhelmed with thoughts about my ex-therapist…
