Maybe that's why the Holosync CDs made me so depressed? Also maybe that's what I like about the CDs for creativity from Monroe? I lose ALL track of time. I'll be working on a piece, and hours will go by, and I don't even realize it. I don't use them much anymore because I can't do that with 4 kids.
