Right now, I'm not dealing with normal depression it's just feels like my brain is on fire with inflammation, glutamate etc. Fasting and keto seem to help me shut my brain the f*ck down. Honestly, I think I have some kind of epileptic like activity in my brain (sub seizure threshold).
