Hi Katy,
I always feel like I just have anxiety too, but I also was paranoid and depressed and had other issues too. I was diagnosed schizoaffective, and I still dont really completely believe it. While Im on medication I always remember the anxiety depression and paranoia as it wasnt that bad, but then if im not on medicine, it gets realy bad again.
I think its common for people to doubt their diagnosis.

I always think, "theres nothign really wrong with me Im just lazy and have anxiety" But my doctor says Im disabled from it. So I dont really know. I do feel better on meds and am tryign to remember to make myself keep tkaing them so I dont have problems again, but it is hard to do that when you feel like you made it up.

Anyway, I dont know if I answeredyour question, but I tried. =)
