Dear Ariella,
While I didn't take progesterone suppositories specifically for PMS but rather to help maintain my pregnancy; one of the greatest 'side-effects' was a complete cessation of panic attacks and a general calmness all the time. I don't know how much of this can be attributed to pregnancy, but because of the timing I lean towards the suppositories as the 'cure'. I wish you the best of luck- judy
