>Hi cyber:
Cool, another MAOI martial artist! What do you study? I've been studying Shotokan karate for about nine months now. The karate is great- I feel wonderful and energized after a class; I just wish the feeling would last longer. It's definitely hard to drag myself to class some days, but I'm always glad afterwards.I feel a bit dizzy sometimes, and I think I have a bit less exercise tolerence on the Parnate, but this hasn't been too much of a problem. Like you, I try to plan my dose and take it after instead of before a class.
The diet has not been too much of a problem for me. I've already written ad nauseum about my blood pressure issues with Parnate (sse the above threads).
