Yeah. Though both of these contribute to all individuals. So in one person it could be 90-10 genes-environment, and in another person it could be 20-80 genes-environment.

In fact...

We have this little model (simplified) that we appeal to in philosophy of mind...

genes + environment -> beliefs + desires -> behaviour.
