Hi, I just wanted to say good luck in your pursuit of weight loss! I am trying to do the same, but it is very tough at times.
I think personally that cutting carbs so drastically is not the best way to achieve weight loss. Sure it helps to drop the pounds quickly at first, but it is difficult to sustain, and not necessarily the healthiest route to take. I believe a diet that includes all food groups is the way to go, but obviously keeping your overall caloric intake lower than your output. As long as the carbs, fats and sugars you are consuming are the kinds that are beneficial to your health, you will be so much better off. And eating say 5 small meals per day instead of 2 or 3 larger meals is great for boosting your metabolism, and it helps to curb those hunger pangs!
