I couldn't find the original recipe I used, but I modify most of the recipes I find anyway. For the one I linked, instead of baking, I sometimes pan saute..if you spray the pan with cooking spray, it works with olive oil and 1 or 2 pats of butter..still healthy. The Japanese breadcrumbs make a difference-though they are more expensive so I sometimes use regular breaadcrumbs..
The only thing that concerns me about fish - and I don't meant to steer anyone here away from fish - is I noticed the cheapest fish usually comes from China-where the waters are the most polluted in the world. So I don't know if farm raised is better or not? Do you know? The last batch I bought was from South American waters.
