I've just discovered a really healthy and delicious treat!
Decaf coffee (pdoc says I shouldn't drink caffeine) with 2 tablespoons of skim milk powder (the equivalent of half a cup of skim milk) with 2 packets Splenda (no calorie sweetener made from sugar).
The skim milk powder makes the coffee so yummy! It tastes better than an expensive latte! Skim milk powder is full of vitamins and minerals too!
You should try it! It tastes really yummy!
On another note, I was feeling crappy yesterday and I thought it was my low carb diet, but I woke up today feeling chipper, so who knows?
