Billberries are like wild blueberries...not terribly sweet and very blue. Chia is a seed from Southern Mexico and Guatemala which is grown commercially here now.
I haven't had morning tea....I'm waiting for the next person to get up to eat with. Meanwhile I've been under a blanket reading "Blood Meridian" and reflecting on life.
