I think one of the reasons what I have written to you hit home is that so much of what you write resonates clearly with my own experience!
The thought about not being in full remission came from my experience of that. Yes, in comparison to the worst periods of depression, I was ok, but really I wasn't fully ok, and there was still more that needed to be done in terms of medication.
Keep searching until you get that feeling of aha, now I feel I am on the mend.
