Hi Lucie, I can imagine how hurt and lonely you feel when your daughter is not sharing her transition with you and hiding so much.

I don't know if this helps, but I hid in my room too at that age but eventually came out again when ready.

I have also been doing the "nothing changes, nothing helps" thing for a long time (2 years?).

I just tell my T what you said, "I feel like I have nothing to say, I am going in circles again."

Somehow that helps me think and feel through the situation again and again, and sometimes new thoughts come up. In real life, I keep trying different ways to improve things, I get frustrated but still try to have patience and hope that one day it'll be better.

I am sorry you are having such a hard time, and hope things get better for you.
