I'm interested in trying some of the workbook ideas. I might have it--if I don't, I'll get it from the library.
gg and some others here have posted links to DBT pages, and I can also use those. I'd be interested in working along with you.
Let me know when you get the book, and we'll do it together. We can discuss individual chapters and ideas, and then try the exercises.
