I don't know much about ultrasounds, but I do know your husband can be there with you. Maybe if he's holding your hand you will be less scared?
Talk all of this over with your new T, too. If she specializes in post partum depression, she ought to be pretty good with prenatal anxiety.
I hope your baby triggers nothing, but joy.
