It's okay to be ambivalent. It's okay to wonder if you're ready. The gods thought you were ready.
I swore I'd never have children. I swore that I'd break that cycle, even if it meant I didn't reproduce. But I was a Big Brother for six years. And they taught me how to be a good dad. And I won Big Brother of the Year. It didn't matter, though. I was still very scared to become a father, at 34.
I wouldn't trade it, for the world.
It changes *everything*.
