i have a lot of the same fears you do. I'm not a mother, so I can't add anything substantial to that part of your post.
But I did want to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! you guys were trying- and now! you have happy news. Okay, and a lot of worries. But it sounds like you're going to get some help to make it through this big transition. Will you keep us posted on how things develop? I will be thinking about you :)
