Hi there

I would like to premise that I despise CBT, resisted it for years...

And it worked extremely well with my anxiety which was pretty darn intense.

I am currently doing grad work (in counselling psychology) and am having fun marrying CBT and plain old talk therapy, as well as some somatic work.

I encourage you to try anything that may work for you. Had I been more open to try new things, I may have reduced years of suffering. But we all work at our own paces

:) Monika
