my take on CBT » Spriggy

CBT is great - and it works. It works in controlling your thoughts and actions, and to a certain point it even helps you keep out of depression and learn to live a good life.

But it doesn't help you to feel happy in life and feel not anxious at all. IT helps after you start feeling anxious and just to prevent the consequences.

So CBT is first step. But if you don't want to FEEL anxiety, you need to do more soul searching and preferrably regressive therapy and find out why you FEEL the way you FEEL.
