Hi sienna,
Yep, I did an intensive outpatient therapy program for about a year. It was awesome. We had groups, intense groups with some great, and not so great therapists. We saw a doctor, and had lunch. But the most important thing is that whatever you need help with, ask, ask the group facilitator-if that is the case. Talk, Talk, and feel, don't be ashamed or embarassed-you will be pleasantly surprised how well an out patient intensive therapy trial turns out!
It helped me a lot anyway.
