That's what made it work! A year is a long time, but I got so much out of it. I was in and out of the hospital for about 31 times from Nov 1999 through June 2001. ECT, etc. SI, attempts, depression, med changes. It was the most difficult period in my life at that time.
Get the most out if it, good for you!
