No, Sienna, there have been many people who have gone through IOP on this board... Judy1, I believe, Gabby (?), several more. Why don't you post this same question over on Social and on the plain meds board? I think it would be fine to do that, since part of the IOP is meds treatment.Also, search this site using google.com. You have to do it in "Advanced Search" mode, also specifying that you want to search "dr-bob.org" in the blank at the bottom of the form that says:
"Domain - only return results from the site or domain" and then type the dr-bob thing in. This works very well...
Please don't despair, many people here have very good stories to tell about IOPs, from what I can recall. And don't call yourself nutso, the fact that they want you to attend this thing indicates how much they think it will help you, not how "crazy" you are... I mean, yes, it's good recognize your problems or diagnosis, or whatever, and to give the thing a name. But you are NOT the diagnosis, or better put: the diagnosis is not the totality of what and who you are... From what I read here, you are a very sweet and supportive person, one with a sense of humor and a way with words. You've been very helpful to people here...
So try asking over on the other boards, I'm sure you'll get some responses...
