The one I posted above was of a living subject. It says the clinical recovery was complete by 72 hours. Did you read it carefully? I doubt the authors would be speculating about 'The possible role of amphetamines and phenylethylamine in causing the clinical manifestations of tranylcypromine overdose' if they suspected this individual had been using street drugs. In fact, being scientists I'm sure they would have ruled out that possibility before publishing their findings. It would be interesting to read the full text.
