One thing to just start off with is eating a healthy breakfast.

I started eating organic, all natural yogurt (no sugar) but it is vanilla flavored.

Anyway, just with eating a bowl of that each morning (which is really good for you- live good bacteria, calcium, protein, etc..), I noticed a weight loss (I'm not really looking for one but it will happen if you eat yogurt).

I also typically put 2 teaspoons of flax seeds in my yogurt- they add in Omega 3's which are really good for you- but I also like the taste. It gives it a "crunch."

If you like cereal, Kashi crunch is loaded with fiber and vitamins- it would be another way to kick start your morning and help aide weight loss.

I use 1 % organic milk.

For juice, I buy 100% PURE cranberry juice. It's very good for your liver (which if your liver is in goood shape, your whole body will benefit).

It's hard to find 100% pure cranberry- don't buy the junk loaded with sugar.

Lunch- multi grain bread with mustard and I usually eat roast beef and add cucumbers to it. I like "crunch."

Dinner just stick with steamed veggies and chicken, or any type of stir fry- just load yourself down with veggies.

I usually do a side of brown rice (but I add a little bit of chicken broth to add flavor).

For snacks- there are a ton of sugar free things you can buy. I really like the sugar free chocolate pudding.

I also eat a lot of watermelon.

Make slow changes. If you drink a lot of pops/soda, just slowly cut them out until it's mostly water, etc..

Of course, exercise!

Let us know how it goes.. Good luck.
