I'm mulling over making a healthy change in my diet. I need to lose about 40 pounds, but most of all I would like to be more in control. I have this diet book by Dr. Dean Ornish that I like but I can't quite bring my self to cut out all meat and added fats. Maybe it's too extreme. What works for you or what changes are you thinking about?
