Since you mentioned that selenium is good for detoxing mercury, I've been looking for foods that are high in this mineral. A lot of those foods are meat and dairy. I don't eat read meat or fowl, and I eat very little fish and dairy, but I do eat them occassionally. I'm looking for fruits, vegetables and nuts that contain selenium. In searching the web I've found that Brazil nuts, brocoli, brussel sprouts and mushrooms are good sources. Do you know of any others by chance?
