I am bad, I haven't taken my script vitamin d in awhile. I didn't know the exact ratio. I seem to do worse with too much calcium or too little. This is why I want a doctor's help so badly. Certain foods like milk and cheese have a lot of calcium and I drink and eat both. From what others have said and what I read too much calcium can be bad as well as too much magnesium. Like the ratio you mention, there has got to be a balance. Well, if I am losing these things somehow...I don't know how to balance it myself lol. On the days I feel just pretty ok like right now, I have to wonder...ok so what was it that helped. Osteoporosis must be so painful huh. I have arthritis, but no osteoporosis yet. I am only 32, but I know you can get it really young too. I used to have a friend who had it before age 30. Thanks Philippa, it is good to have you and everyone here back in my life. I missed you all so much.
