that's intersting about your skin gtting thinner and wrinkled. mine did that too.. and it may have been fish oil.. who knows?
I wonder why ??BTW why do people here think omega3's are anti inflammatiry..I would have thougt thwy were pro inflammtory??.. ya know many double bonds leading to easy oxidation and perioxynitration etc.. free radical damage etc?? That's what the scientific research seems to be coming up with?.. but I KNOW this is an unpopular thing to mention on here.. I've tried before :-)
