Hi John,
Have you tried adding magnesium at night, about an hour or so before bedtime? It can really help, particularly when ADDED to a sleep med, like low-dose Remeron. It helps give a much more deep sleep. If you try it, I'd go with magnesium glycinate (try for about 600 mg or so). You could even add some inositol too.
