Think about the lawyers who are questioning or cross-examining a witness. If they can get a witness to say something to help that lawyer's case, even if the phrase is struck from the record...the point is that the jury heard it and no matter how bad the other lawyer wants the jurors to forget what they hear....odds are that it will have some sort of influence on their decision.
If you can perfect how to do that here without getting a PBC or block...then you will be the envy of everyone. hahaha!
