Intruders show up a lot with SH. From what I read, Night Terrors and Sleep Paralysis go hand in hand and a lot of kids have them.
What I have is textbook SH. It happens when sleep overtakes wakefulness but you are awake enough to know your surroundings. That's one reason people are terrified.
None of my meds has changed in a long time.
Although, I upped my Seroquel from 300 to 450 three nights ago. I used to go to bed around 10:30...now around 2:30 don't want to go to the bedroom.
