I know this sounds odd, but a nightlight can help. Do you have some music that you find soothing and / or cheerful. Something that regularly and reliably puts you in a positive mood? Might be nice to have some on hand for if you wake up scared. To help the terror feeling subside. Watch sound of music or something before sleep. Hang in there. Hope it passes soon.
