I had some freaky ones when I quit... Zopiclone. I didn't really sleep for a few days... I'd try and do relaxation... Deep breathing... Then I started getting freaky hallucinations. Ones of me exiting out of my body... Or mostly ones of my trying to exit but being stuck, somehow. Realizing I was paralyzed. Horrible panicky feeling.
I hate feeling too afraid to go to sleep :-(
