Oh I agree. I suppose the major problem at the moment is that all currently available opioids have significant disadvantages which prevent their widespread use in psychiatry.

No, I don't think there is. Also, I believe that norbuprenorphine is active at several receptors - so it's difficult to draw any conclusions.

How do you respond to the TCAs that you mentioned above?
