Hi... I've been on Cymbalta 6o for nearly 3 weeks now and my headache has gone. BUT... The reason may be that I went back to taking elavil 50. I have a history of tension headache and elavil treats them well. So that was an answer for me. Might not be for others. I think that there's a good chance of headache as side effect passing.... In reading my old posts, I see that I complained of a headache on effexor for a month. That headache ultimately passed. As far as tolerating the headache... The only OTC stuff that helps me are Excedrin (it's got caffeine) and Alleve.
