Have you tried Ibuprofen (Advil) or Tylenol? I never get headaches, so I don't know. But talk to your doc, like with any side effect.

Frankly, however, I would advise trying to treat it with some anti-headache medicine, hope it goes away, and hope Cymbalta treats your depression.

Some things, like insomnia, for instance, I don't think are worthy reasons to go off a med as powerful and promising as Cymbalta-- things like insomnia are treatable- heck, I can take an amphetamine shortly before bedtime, and because of my techniques like breathing exercises, still fall asleep in minutes. I doubt it will still give you a headache overtime.

Maybe you're taking other medicines too? The only time I got headaches was when I was on 300mg Wellbutrin and 40mg Adderall/day. They both target NE, of course.
